Information We Need When You Order
When you order, we need to know your name, email address, shipping address, billing address, phone number and credit card number with expiry date. This allows us to process and fulfil your order and to notify you of your order status. We ask for your phone number in the event that our customer service representatives or delivery services need to contact you about your order. To simply create an account, we will only need your name and email address.

Information We Store
We do not store credit/debit card details. Excluding credit card information, we save and store information about the products you have purchased to provide you with the best possible customer service and the most up-to-date information about your order. You can view your order status online by logging into the My Account section with your private password. All the information you enter onto our system will be saved on your personal account. We do not store credit/debit card details. Our Customer Service staff cannot access your card details once these have been processed through out system. Your order details (known as the contract) will be stored online and we will send you details of your order via email if you have specified one. The details about your recent orders can be found in your customer login (called My Account on the website) area. You can find the terms relating to your order here at all times. We keep all contract data in confidence according to our privacy policy.

If you are concerned about your data, you have the right to request access to the personal data which we may hold or process about you. You have the right to require us to correct any inaccuracies in your data free of charge.

Changing Your Information with CalendarClub.co.uk
If at any time you would like to change any information in your account, just go to the Login link located on the header of our website. Here you can change or update your email address and password, shipping and billing address and email preferences.
To remove your name from our promotional email newsletter list, simply click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email. You will automatically and immediately be added to our opt out list and you will no longer be emailed by us (can take up to 10 days to update all our systems).
