Pre-Order Policy and Stock Statuses

Stock statuses appear on the product detail page and on your first order confirmation email.

Pre-order
If you place an order which contains a pre-order item(s) as well as an in-stock item(s), your order will not be despatched until ALL the products within the order are in stock. As we keep no payment details on our system, payment is taken when the order is placed.

Pre-order means that the product is available to order now but we are waiting on receiving stock from our supplier and calendars will be dispatched within 24 hours of receipt into our warehouse. The estimated date we will be receiving the product from our supplier is as stated in the stock status e.g. Pre-order by mid-December.

We are reliant on our suppliers to deliver to us on time and if the item(s) you have ordered is not delivered to us by the publisher by the expected date, the expected delivery date may change. If a publisher is unable to deliver to us for any reason, we will contact you to offer an exchange or refund.

In stock
In stock products are sitting on the shelves in our warehouse. Order before 2pm and your order will normally be shipped out the same day (except if it contains a pre-order title).

Low stock
This means that we are running low on stock, so order quickly to avoid disappointment. Please note, stock updates every hour and products may still be available to buy on the website for up to an hour after selling out.

Out of stock
This product is completely sold out. Unfortunately, we will not be receiving any more stock in for the current year.
